Equipment Functions:
This kind of machine is used for production of MBR membrane filament arrangement procedure. It can fix the length and get the filament automatically, arrange membrane filament based on required width and make coating process on hot melt adhesive membranes, it can cut into pieces automatically after membranes being sticked firmly. After slicing, it is automatically grabbed for multi-layer bonding as a whole. It can mostly row up to 288 filaments at a time, fast and efficiently. Membrane filament material is packed in bucket, it can make material stripping in the bucket automatically. The membrane filament adhesive is the hot melt glue granule manually added into the hot melt glue spraying machine for automatic gluing.
1.Production efficiency: two pieces/600seconds (2pieces of items finalizing at a time, one piece of item contains 9 layers membrane filaments) ;
2. MBR Curtain type membrane length adjustable between 1.2m to 2.5m;
3.Finished mould is continuous circulation mould with nanometer non cohesive gel coating on its surface.
